Order Cancellation
Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to start the return process. After the returned item is received, we can process your refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you've selected "Shipping Protection", you will have the option to get your order reshipped or refunded if it is lost in transit.
Lost/Missing Packages
This store is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.
